SERVICE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT

INSTALLATION AND DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT

The installation of the equipment can be carried out by PrestMac with an installation fee, or by the customer himself, to be arranged at the time of purchase of the products.

TRAINING

PrestMac also offers a technical training service to its customers. The conditions for offering this service must be defined with the Commercial department of PrestMac.

The courses are done by the technical assistance team or engineering and technical sales, depending on the customer’s needs, and can be carried out at the customer’s premises, or at our factory facilities.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND REPAIRS

PrestMac has external, and remote or in-factory technical assistance for the electronic and mechanical systems offered to the automation market, supported by the specialized engineering team.

PARTS REPLACEMENT

PrestMac has all the parts to provide technical support for web guides and tension control equipment.

Check with our Commercial department about delivery times for replacement parts for the PrestMac and FIFE product line and/or special parts.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Prest Mac products have a 12-month warranty and permanent technical assistance.

During the warranty period, defective parts must be sent to Prest Mac, with no labor cost for repairing and/or replacing the part. However, shipping is responsibility of the customer.

If there is a need for the technician to travel, during the warranty period, only travel costs, airline tickets and accommodation, if any, will be charged.

The guarantee covers the labor service, which will not be charged , if it is found that the defect is in our company’s equipment.

Problems caused by bad weather – lightning, flooding, electrical overload, etc. will not be covered by the warranty.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE – FIFE USA/ Europe

The technical team at Prest Mac, in addition to offering maintenance and repair services for products manufactured by our company in Brazil, is also qualified to carry out maintenance on equipment imported from FIFE – one of the brands represented over 40 years by Prest Mac in Brazil.

Our technicians are trained by FIFE headquarters in USA and Europe . Therefore, they offer maintenance on signal processors for Web Guides, Symat bases, servo actuators, servo motors, automatic sensor positioners, – electro or pneumo hydraulic units , pneumatic system, among others. We offer replacement services with original FIFE parts, consult our Commercial Dept about the availability of parts in Brazil and importation

We recommend that you send us a photo of the equipment’s identification tag via email, so that we can identify the correct item and Part Number.
