Purpose: Monitor the width variation of material during the process in real time.

System with the following componets:

Microprocessed panel with HMI and universal power supply

Dedicated software to monitor the width, make the lógics and motorization command.

Maximum and maximum width specifications set by the Quality Control Department

Alarm light or sound signal when the variation detected is above or under the specifications defined by the QC

Structure with 2 moving sensors to monitor the width of the material on line at real time.

Final coil report indicating the widths variations min and max ,during the process of each roll .
